I offer a very fun, high energy DJ, for your cororate event.
Here is a general outline of what to expect if you book our service.
Before Your Event
Booking My Service....To book my service just enter your date in the availability checker below and follow the directions.
After Your Booked....After you have booked your event I will send you the links to all our online planners including a link to a hard copy of our planner. You can fill out the planners and make changes as you have time. You can make changes all the way up to the week before your event.
Consultations....I offer unlimited phone and email consultations before your event to answer any questions you may have and to help you with the planning.
Finalizing Your Details....Once you have finished filling out the planners and submitted them, I will contact you the week of your event to finalize all of your details. I will go over everything with you from start to finish.
The Day Of Your Event
Arrive At Your Event....I will arrive at your event 2 hours before your start time to set up, sound check and be ready to go before your guest arrive.
Coordination....I will coordinate with your other professionals. This means you can rest assured that everyone (Photographers, Videographers, Caterers, etc.) will be on the same page during your event.
Guest Arrive At Your Event....I will get your event started! Following your order of events, cocktails, dinner, party, etc.
Follow Up....Follow up with you to thank you and to make sure you where happy with my service.
