About My Holiday Event DJ Services |
I offer a very fun, high energy DJ, for your holiday event.
Here is a general outline of what to expect if you book my service.
Before Your Event
Planning....Once you have booked my service I will email you your client login. That will let you login to your online planner, timeline and requests list creator to plan and customize your event to what you want. You can work on them and make changes as you have time. You can make changes all the way up to the week before your event.
Consultations....I offer unlimited phone and email consultations before your event to answer any questions you may have and to help you with the planning your event.
Finalizing Your Details....Once you have submitted your planning information, I will contact you the week of your event to finalize all of your details. I will go over everything with you from start to finish.
The Day Of Your Event
Arrive At Your Event....I will arrive at your event 2 hours before your start time to set up, sound check and be ready to go before your guest arrive.
Coordination....I will coordinate with your other professionals. This means you can rest assured that everyone (Photographers, Videographers, Caterers, etc.) will be on the same page during your event.
Guest Arrive At Your Event....I will get your event started! Following your order of events, cocktails, dinner, party, etc.
Follow Up....Follow up with you to thank you and to make sure you where happy with my service.
