First Hour:


Guest arrive at reception

Cocktail hour, DJ plays lite jazz and love songs.

(During this time formal photographs are being taken 
of Bride and Groom, family and wedding party after the ceremony.)
 



Second Hour:


Wedding Party arrives at reception 

DJ introduces the wedding party

Traditional order:  
Bride's parents,
Groom's parents, 
Bridesmaids escorted by groomsmen, 
Flower girl escorted by ring bearer, 
Maid or matron of honor escorted by best man, 
Bride and Groom.

DJ announces the person blessing the food.

DJ announces that dinner is served.

DJ plays lite jazz and love songs
during dinner.

DJ announces the cake cutting and toast after dinner.




Third Hour:


Formal Dances

Bride and Groom first dance
Then the;
Bride and Father dance, 
Groom and Mother dance, 
Wedding party dance. 
 
Dancing/Party Music

DJ plays dance/party music and invites family and guest to dance 




Forth Hour:


DJ announces bouquet and garter toss

DJ announces dollar dance or any other special event

Last dance of Bride and Groom
